meaning in the attempt

this phrase struck me watching a film the other day. and now i try to put it into some real life context - well most writings and/or rambling will always be about who you are so i won't even deny the fact that what i write about is about who i am.

so speaking of this phrase, most people in life find the guts to do things that are difficult, and since it is difficult, most times people fail. but even in failure, so much meaning can be derived --- it comes from the attempt itself --- and i guess that's the main reason why this ordinary phrase prompted me to write on my blog after such a long time.

'meaning in the attempt' - i could write an entire book on this thought. but maybe i will reserve that for later. or at least 'attempt' to - anyway there's meaning to it...right? right. what a bummer. i'm just plain lazy these days.
